How to Fit In at Your New Job Quickly

4. Ask numerous questions

Don’t be too nosy and know when to stop asking questions. Ask the same doubts again and again till you get clear idea of what needs to be done. You can only be responsible at work when you are fully aware.

5. Seek help and volunteer for help

When you ask someone for a help you make them feel wanted. You make them feel knowledgeable and understanding. If you aren’t getting clear idea on how your work needs to be done you can seek for help instead of doing repeated mistakes. Besides, the best way to nurture workplace relationships is by volunteering yourself for helping an overburdened colleague. Go above and beyond your work responsibilities when required.
