4. Be patient, ask questions and listen

Know when to talk and when to stop. Listen attentively to what your client has to say. If you wish people to spend on your offerings you have to listen to them. Only then would you identify the strong argument for support. Ask questions and learn what is stopping the leads from buying your idea.
And lastly, never give up. Push in till you make a sale.
